TITech Welcome Party

Yesterday, the International Student Division held a Welcome Party to give a formal opportunity to introduce the university to new international students. It also allowed international students from across the various departments at TiTech to come together for an interactive meet and greet. The food was good, the entertainment was questionable but the event served its purpose. It provided the opportunity to meet new people and make friends from different cultures who all share studying, at TiTech, in common. The experience was good as it allowed an informal opportunity to talk about our research. This raised some interesting ideas and gave the group an insight into what customers really want from a product. Events like this are hosted every half year and has over 100 members who actively participate in reach-out cultural excursions and activities.
